Update from Young Living Winter Harvest 2013

Daveharvesthorses Update from Young Living Winter Harvest 2013

We are sitting here in camp waiting for Dave to hook trailers for a trip to St. Maries with a load of spruce chips. Today Karen Hopkins will ride down with us. We have been having an amazing experience this year. Our camp is filled to capacity and almost full at St. Maries. This year we have 2 chipper sites running. One for Balsam which is being skidded by three 2 horse hitches and Blue Spruce which is where the new chipper is in operation. The weather has been good but today it is 43 degrees which is not the best. The cooker has just started operating this month, we had a snow storm on Monday and the power was out for several hours. Gary is headed to the farm with a load of Spruce chips.

Last evening we had a class. Debra Raybern taught us the healing uses of all the oils grown on this farm and shared her personal testimonial. There was not a dry eye in the room.

Winter harvest is a wonderful opportunity to meet all levels in Young Living. It is so exciting to see new people learning how to drive machinery and horses and to experience what goes into producing that little bottle of oil!

More later have to go truck is ready!
